30 day return or exchange online policy. Returning merchandise must be not be used or opened. Merchandise must be in a resalable condition. All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Email before sending merchandise and to obtain a RA#. Exchanges will accompany a shipping charge unless exchanging due to a defect.
In-Store Returns
Baby on Board will gladly exchange, refund or give you a store credit for your purchase when accompanied by an original sales receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days the product is considered final sale.
Details
We will charge a 20% restocking fee on all car seats, strollers, and highchairs returned. All shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless due to defect.
All products must be unused and in original packaging for a return or exchange to be processed.
No refunds and no exchanges without a store receipt.
All Sale and Clearance Items are Final Sale (no refund or exchange).
Carseats are final sale.
A store receipt is required for all transactions after purchase ex: warranty claims.
Returns will be credited using the same tender the purchase was made, or a Baby On Board gift card will be issued.
Breast Pumps, DVD's, Potty and Feeding products and Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Strollers, and highchairs returned must have original packaging and will have a 20% re-stocking fee applied.
Deposits, and Special Order items are Non-Refundable and are final sale.
Management reserves the right to refuse a return based on product condition.
All feeding products (bottles, pacifiers, sterilizers, etc), cosmetics (baby shampoo, lotions, etc), breast pumps, breast shields, bathing products (bath tubs, bath aids, etc), diapers, diapering goods, and potty training goods are a final sale due to the nature of the goods.
